Kodak easyshare z981
Almost new (but still in new condition)
KODAK EASYSHARE Z981, Digital Camera
http://reviews.cnet.com/digital-came...-33969352.html
I Bought it and decided it just wasn't for me for my needs. It is in Pristine condition, I even bought Extra rechargeable batteries, so it comes with 2 sets and 2 charges, and 1 of the charges plugs into wall outlet and also Cigarette lighter in car. Also I have the biggest SD Card for this camera it is 32 GB all the batteries, chargers and memory card are original Kodak brand, no knock off stuff.
New it is over $350.00 (with accories) I am asking for $230.00 or Make me an offer if you are interested.

Boiler
Can anyone tell me if this is an inspection hole, or a hole that has burnt through the access cover of this boiler. It is for hot water heat of the home built in 1940.It seems to have flame roll-out marks above it.When I look into the hole I can see very yellow flames & a lot of rusty looking dirt on the burners.

All County Basement water diverting, giigling lilttle...
Yep.
Hmmm, more supposed, self proclaimed experts giggling as water comes out of wall BUTT umm duh, they don't 'GET' how, where that water gets INTO the g dang wall.Typical inside system incompetence.

Giggle giggle, tee heeeeee. ](*,)](*,)](*,)](*,)](*,)
You don't think allowing water, salt, chemicals to CONTINUE to enter, to continually pass through blocks, to continually pass through, erode (to wear away, break down, sheesh!) the mortar joints between blocks can weaken, deteriorate blocks or the joints????????????????????????????????????????????
Then you eyeball the last 2 links, photos below....dumbazz.
Yes, most and maybe all inside system owners, salespeople, installers etc either either friggin don't understand wtf they should OR maybe some get it but lie, misrepresent how and where the water most often is getting INTO the dang wall, basement and OBVIOUSLY do not fix it, don't repair it, do NOT actaully WATERPROOF the problem!
Where are people's friggin BRAINS on this-subject man?
Where do ya think that water is getting into the blocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You think somehow, magically that drilling holes in block walls and then installing interior systems really fixes these problems?!@#!???
NEGLIGENCE!!!!! This is self serving bulshhht aka fraud OR these inside system buttheads REALLY ARE......STOOOOOoooopid!!!
It's one or the other.
THIS is how, where water gets into many blocks walls....
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...03126118240418
Through exterior cracks, cracked parging, openings around service lines where they comes through the dang basement wall, openings in-around-under basement windows, doors etc etc......and NO interior system repiars ANY of these! It's impossible you knuckleheads!!!!!!!!!!!!](*,)](*,)](*,)
Since inside system dorks do NOT find, locate, identify most peoples problems and of course do not fix, repiar them THEN......WATER is STILL getting INTO the BLOCKS!!!!!
EYEBALL what can happen to exterior, interior blocks when YOU don't repair 'em...
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...65133328086770
This is part of what attaching crap to inside wall will hide, conceal.
http://picasaweb.google.com/10104903...04553850232530
And whatever garbage inside system company uses/places against part or all of the interior walls will also hide mold, efflorescence etc
Would you let water etc continually pass-through, enter your roof? HUH??????????
Would you let water continually pass through, enter open mortar joints on the outside of yer dang house????????
Would you as home inspectors WRITE THIS UP on inspection reports?

Floridians learning about boilers?
Hi, I am about to take the HVAC CE credits. But, I was wondering why we home inspectors in South Florida have to learn about boilers etc...heat systems used in northern climates? I had to take an ASHI course and so much was about things we don't even deal with. I see mostly concrete slab foundations with reinforced brick wall structures, too. Only thing is I''m sure I probably won't retain the information because I don't see northern issues on my home inspections. And I hate wasting time learning something I won't retain! Arg.:)

Interesting statistic about CO deaths
According to a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) report, engine driven tools (including electric generators) cause more non-fire CO deaths annually than gas furnaces, water heaters, and ovens combined. In fact, since 2005, there have been over 72% more CO deaths from engine driven tools than from heating systems.

InterNACHI in France?
One of our new projects is to establish InterNACHI in France.
I will be traveling there this summer and am currently in touch with people in the Real Estate and the Home Building industry.
Kenton and I will be working on this project in the following months.
I am also hoping that my ability to translate will come of use if we decide to adapt the courses to the French market.
As of now we don't have any French members, let's change that!

Founding an inspection industry in Mexico
I'm headed for a week in Cuernavaca, Mexico starting April 9 for meetings on development of a Mexican inspection industry. At present there are virtually no in-country pre-purchase or jurisdictional inspectors working in Mexico. We at InterNACHI hope to work with partners in related fields to change this.
I'll be posting while I'm there.
