An inspector in my area is retiring and selling a Flir BCAM he purchased new in 2007, last calibrated in 2011. It looks to be in good shape. I'm thinking of picking it up if the price is right. He told me to make him an offer, what should I offer him?

Where EXACTLY do you find courses for these 6 separate courses. I can't find anything on inspection methods, reporting and professional practice. They are under the CE page and don't come up if you search for them. Thanks in advance.

The continuing education must include: 2 hours in building systems; 6 hours in general; 2 hours in hurricane mitigation; 2 hours in inspection methods; 1 hour in reporting; and 1 hour in professional practice.

I am getting ready to retire and wanted to try to sell some of my tools to someone that can put them to good use.

I am looking to sell my radon monitors they are sun nuclear brand model 1027 i have 8 monitors and 2 printers each monitor and printer has a case and all cords and software. also have an e perm tester. Plus a survey master moisture meter with all attachments and case. and a fluke tir1 camera and hard case forgot to mention monitors are calibrated until feb of 2014 if you are interested in any please message me and we can discuss prices feel free to make an offer as i know i wont get exactly what i paid for this stuff. Citizens will not want to insure a home with cloth wiring. What is the difference of cloth wiring and cloth braided wiring, if any?

Is a Federal Pacific 200 amp main breaker (exterior at service entrance) acceptable? The house has an updated GE panel inside.
