New Logo for the Inspectoscope?
Hi Nick,
Can you have Levi do a logo for the Inspectoscope?
I've found it to be really useful and would like to market it on my website etc.
Best,
Tom

New Ancillary Service?
I have been tossing the idea around of performing Inspections for people looking to rent a house or apartment. Essentially it would protect their damage deposit in case they get accused of breaking something when they move out of the apartment. Has anyone tried something like this? I'm not sure if this is worth pursuing.
What bug does this in windows?
I've seen these little grass nests in a bunch of windows and figured maybe one of you guys know what critter does this? Just curious..
Video in reports - Liability
I have recently added video in to my reports and have be given a suggestion not to use video for liability reasons. I send the client a electronic copy of the report right away, and then mail them a hard copy.
"You have included videos that cannot be included in a written report. This means that the report in it's printed format, or in the PDF format in which you supplied it to me, is incomplete. I recommend that you not try include videos, they just complicate matters. If you insist on doing so, you should ask your attorney about the liability attached to providing an incomplete report"
Can anyone offer suggestions on legal jargon to keep using videos, or a good way to go about it. Videos is a unique selling point for me!
Thanks.

Price on older Bcam?
An inspector in my area is retiring and selling a Flir BCAM he purchased new in 2007, last calibrated in 2011. It looks to be in good shape. I'm thinking of picking it up if the price is right. He told me to make him an offer, what should I offer him?
